My husband drives over the road and is various states. When told we had direct connect in any state he was in, we used it but not all of all minutes. Get the bill in and we were charged for every state he was in.
Also, we had ALWAYS used our calling time after 8pm for our free minutes. Get the bill in and it is over $600.00 because they had changed our calling time "without" our permission nor did they send an insert to say it was changed, just added it on a page where other information was typed, which I never read I just look at the due date and the amount.
I feel this is very unfair to change the times, when your time has been the same for over 3yrs. And not given the opportunity to tell them then I no longer want your service.
