In August I noticed that our Nextel bill was double what it normally was. Noticed the calling plan had been changed from what it had been for 4 years. Husband didn't change it, I wasn't authorized on account to make changes, just him. I called to inquire and customer care allowed ME to put a password on the account and supposively change it back to correct plan. Note that no one was authorized to change account except my husband, yet they let me do all this. Calling plan was not changed, so next month we go through the same thing. Finally plan was changed and was promised credit for overage charges - minutes in the new plan weren't close to being enough, so we accrued overage fees at 0.40 a minute. Short story is now got another bill and total cost to us so far for unauthorized changes to account is approximately $190. Cannot get anyone to speak to us now. Once our contract is up we will never be a Nextel customer again.
