I found Safe-Landing.com on line after serching for a company to install a playgroung safety surface for the rear yard of our childcare center. On May 14, Mr. J. Grillo the representive from Safe-Landing-com came to Creative Children's Academy to give a quote to install the playground surface. We did not have the $14000.00 at this time.
I contacted Mr. J. Grillo on December, 14 and he told me that I should send in a deposit if I wanted the price to be locked in and be first on the list to have the safety surface install after the winter season was over. He sent me a proposal via e-mail and I mailed a check of $7000.00 on February 6.
Mr. J. Grillo sent me a e-mail that he would be able to install the surface between March and April. After numerous e-mails and voice mails, I finally asked him for a refund of the $7000.00 on June 8. As of this date of June 18, he has not respond to any communicaiton.
I found out through Whois that he operates other sites too. One known as Safety-Surface-Solutions and he has a listed address as 6205 Ambleside dr., Wilmington, NC 28409.
