In February I called Artistic Mirrors in Philadlephia and Dave gave me a quote. Several days later a man names Steve said he wa sgiven our number by his friend to give a price for mirrors for our non profit music school dance class.
On 3-9-10, Steve sent a representative out to give us an estimate for mirrors. He stated this was a great price and they were going to hlep us since we were helping youth in the community. The quote was $430.00 for
1) 60 x 100 1/4 glass mirror
2) 60 x 72 1.4 glass mirror
3) 28 x 60 1/4 glass mirror
The installation date was March 16. We gave him a GEGISOM check # 3454 in the amount of $250 as a deposit.
On March 16, Steve called and said they would not be able to install the mirrorsdue to several of his workers were cut and had to go to the hospital. A second date was scheduled March 19, he then said it was raining and could not come because they don;t deliver mirrors when raining.
The next appoinment was cancelled because the men were stuck on the turnpike and the last excuse was it was windy. We demanded a refund verbally and I sent a cetified letter, that has not been returned as well regular mail.
We called even today and Steve said he sent the check by Fed Ex but no one was there to accept it, which was not true. So we keep getting the run around and to date no mirrors, no refund. Our check was cashed by Eastern on 3-10.
