I've never experienced such poor poor support!!! How dare you call oneself an internet company. Last Thursday night my internet transpired. Its never worked correct... Down and up constantly. I have named a lot of times. You need to do your absolute best not deliver somebody out to my house to save money. I named a week ago, Thurs day to set up a work-order. After needing to undergo an entire platform a mother move together with your foriegn technology expert, who by they approach I can't understand, and who not understand what Iam saying... I was used in somebody else, then somebody else, then somebody else, lastly a work-order is positioned and Iam advised it'll be 1 week till somebody may come to my house and troubleshoot my issue. 1 week without web, which when I informed customer support is my primary style of conversation with my spouse on an Military base offshore. Nevertheless, you can not send somebody faster. I had been so furious... I terminated my support entirely with Brighthouse... My wire also! My spouse works hard for his cash and it'll not be invested at Brighthouse!!! I understood after I terminated that Brighthouse has got the monopoly on wire and web for my region, no body else arrives below! But occasionally you've to bite to topic and state HELL NO! I wont spend my cash to get a poor shoddy company. Additionally, the neighborhood customer support isn't any greater. Whenever you drop to nearby workplace they do not desire to be troubled along with you like a client. I never experienced this with COMCAST... Never. I might create my representative and protest concerning the Brighthouse monopoly!!! This really is really unfortunate!!!
