I had a 6" cement pad poured for the new shed, wanted a levl surface. They than insalled the shed on a 2" x 6" base, now i have a 12" to 15" step to get into the shed. When i caledl and said i was not happy with the install they told me there was nothing they could do. Ever thought about installing a ramp was there fix. Not a satisfactory fix, if you ask me. Now you know why they want the money up front before installing the product. Not happy with final product.
