I bought the Microsoft Surface RT on August 28th from my nearby Microsoft store. I set it up and then I left the country for 3 weeks and did not get a chance to really play with it. Now getting used to the Surface, I see the apps are expensive and you have to pay to get facebook without ads, and most of the apps are glitch. Its hard to use and inconvenient. I was excited about this product and it turned out to be terrible. Now I want to return this product at my nearby Microsoft store and they will not let me. I paid $600 for a crappy piece of equipment and I cant even get store credit nor can I return it because they have a 15 day return policy. 15 days you cannot even get an idea if a product is good enough. My surface is barely used and it still has the screen protector on it. I used to like Microsoft products but the way I was treated at the store and the lack of assistance in trying to return this piece of equipment was shocking. I want to return my device in order to get a different one or wait for the surface 2 to come out. So please if anyone from Microsoft can help because this has really turned me off to the company.
