What are the chances that two products from the same company to quit working? Last year my son gave me for my birthday a Sharp Steam Mop & Vacuum. Being the owner of Kirby products for 20 plus years, with a 5 year old grandson. My Sharp steam vac would be great for quick clean up as well as the vac. The Sharp Steam Mop won't heat up any more and the Vac won't charge and pick up.
