I'm disappointed by the number of negative reviews for Gems TV - I guess it's true that when someone has a positive experience they only tell a few people, but when they have a negative experience they tell everyone! I've been purchasing things from Gems TV for about three years now - and the worst thing I can say is that sometimes things do appear smaller in person (wish I had diamond lights follow me around!) But I have purchased an embarrassing quantity of items for a fraction of the cost I would have paid elsewhere; I have returned any items that I was not satisfied with and they have PROMPTLY credited my account; their telephone representatives are superlative - I can't think of another business or company that I can speak as highly about! I would HIGHLY recommend Gems TV (and I would also highly recommend that you shop around - you'll appreciate Gems TV even more.)
