Sucks

I tried buy a refrigerator at bestbuy Mill Valley branch 2 weeks ago. Frist time bestbuy sand a deep dented model! So I didn't get. Bestbuy made a reschedule very next week. I waited for my new refrigerator 8-11am. But They didn't even bring it. They just said system's mistake..

So I want my money back. When I paid, I paid full cashes. (more $1,600.00) but they said I have to wait 10-14days to get my money..

Why I have to wait... All things bestbuy fauilt. They make waste my two days, then hold my money for 10-14days... Even I paid full cashes???

Bestbuy is not best place buying something... It really sucks... I will never go there again. And I will make my all friends to stop to go bestbuy...

Sucks best buy. Really sucks...
