SUCKS Charging restocking fees for defective camera

Purchased a casio exilim from bestbuy and when i got to using it guess what "it's 100% dead"

So i go to return it @ bestbuy to get my money back and they said i can only exchange it for the same model
"huh if the first one was broke WTF would i want another one for" or be charge a 15% restocking fee which is like $21.00

So i just said F* it and returned it and took the 15% fee and i agreed to myself to NEVER SHOP @ BESTBUY AGAIN
