Stole from my Bank Account, Falsified billing

I was a loyal Customer of T-mobile for three years until a series of FRAUDULENT charges and obivious lies on their part made me cancel... Here is the background on the issue:

On 02/23/10 I made an e-check out to T-Mobile (.com) for the ONE TIME payment amount of 77.69. There was no enrollment in any program that would authorize them to do so automatically in the future.

To my surprise I was billed a SECOND time for 77.69 one day later, on 02/24/10 that I never authorized. I called Navy Federal AND T-mobile. I told T-mobile about the problem, an that this was unauthorized on 02/27/10 and to stop withdrawing funds from my account. Their website Tmobile.com was causing my bank account / checks to bounce due to these fraudulent charges.

T-mobile I learned later, did not initiate any investigation as they had told me they would. I was billed YET AGAIN 77.69 in an unauthorized drawn from my account by T-mobile.com. This charge showed up on 03/04/10 on my account. This is the second unauthorized charge made on my account in less than two weeks! (Transaction #021000023770675).

Worse yet, these payments were NOT reflected on my T-mobile balance. But T-Mobile did admit to them being drawn from my account by T-Mobile.com. So, after speaking with Navy Federal yet again, I was given the option to close the my checking account, and that is what I did. That's right i had to close a bank account i had since 1990. This was the only permanent way to stop T-MOBILE from stealing my funds!

On 03/10 T-mobile Issued what I thought was a refund on the second unauthorized charge of 77.69. I later learned that it was a refund of the legitimate payment on the 23rd of November, and that the payment in March was not recognized so they claim to have NO RECORD of transaction # 021000023770675. So my T-Mobile my bill for April magically becomes 153.02 USD. (see enclosed documentation).

On April 02, I spoke with T-Mobile Cash management Representative Andrew (Badge # 1266313) and cancled my T-Mobile Service. I CANCLLED my T-mobile account, and asked for a balance to pay off the pro-rated month plus any remaning charges.

I was told the bill -The outstanding debts form my account - was 183.70 (153.02 PLUS the pro rated month of service), that day I sent a POSTAL MONEY ORDER to T-mobile for 183.70.

T-mobile sent me a letter that claimed I was late on my payment and that I owed only 153.02. (this letter was dated April 5th, so how could my payment be LATE?)

I received a second form Letter from T-Mobile that said I missed a Payment of 47.01.
I called T-mobile yet again and was told they only received a payment for 153.02. I informed them I sent a money order for 183.70, and they said that I should expect a call back on the issue. I never received it. I did ask for an itemized bill as required by law.

Latest Fraudulent Billing:

On May 10th I received a bill from T-Mobile, a Non-Pro rated bill that gives me a mystrous One time Charge of 82.99 that was due on the 19th of the month. I am Exasperated with T-mobile. I do not owe them these monies, and it seems they are charging me for the full month when I cancled on April 04/10.

While they were forced to reflect my payment of 183.70, they just made up an even bigger charge... in reality any lagging charges amount ONLY to 2 dollars 20 Cents! This and the taxes do NOT ADD UP to 82.99. None of this adds up with the last two bills sent in any case! Once Again T-Mobile is attempting to swindle me.

PLEASE have T-mobile cancel this FRAUDULENT debt of 82.99. The monies in time, trouble, frustration, Health, and Financial Disruption greatly exceed Two Dollars Twenty Cents that I might have owed!

I supposedly PAID a pro-rated charge for March 23-April 04 when I paid up with the money order for MORE than the 153.02 (I sent 183.70) (the only legitimate charges left according to Andrew at T-mobile Badge # 1266313 were to be text messaging charges that were not yet Itemized.)

Secondly, I cannot be the ONLY person in Minnesota (or the USA) that T-Mobile is Scamming. I would suggest a Class Action Suit, like the one Minnesota successfully brought against Sprint. I would make my case available to spearhead such an effort. T-mobile is using their position to ruin peoples credit record, and their lives as a result.

Now T-mobile is threatening to send this bill to a collection agency...

I will not pay what I can PROVE I do not owe. Any lawyers are welcome to contact me via usacomplaints.com.
