VERIZON WIRELESS Billing Dispute / Collection / Charge Off
-Over-billed for off-peak that was included in wireless calling plan.
-Customer Service was both uncooperative and unresponsive to disputed charges.
-Account wrongfully put into collections (while account was in dispute).
-PAID BILL IN FULL once bill was corrected.
-Credit report reflects "charge off" in spite of being PAID IN FULL.
-Derogatory credit has caused severe damage to credit.
-Seeking damages for severe harm this has caused.
