On January I discovered that a fraudulent Verizon Wireless charge-off was on my Experian and Equifax credit report. I disputed the charge-off with both Experian, and Equifax. I provided ID Theft reports from multiple governmental agencies. However, Verizon Wireless then verifies them accurate on February even after I provided with documentation the charge-off was a fraudulent account. I then send a California Attorney General complaint and Executive Relations at Verizon Wireless left me a disconnected phone number on my voicemail and later report the charge-off on my Transunion report. I will be contacting a lawyer and suing Verizon Wireless for violations of the FCRA and/or FACTA.
I would like Verizon Wireless to remove the Charge-off from my TransUnion and Experian credit reports.
