I bought a 1200 bed from these folks and they promised delivery within 5-6 weeks later... Week 7 still no bed and tired of sleeping on air matress on floor so I called to cancel and went and bought a bed that day. Week later owner calls to tell me that my bed arrived and I told him I cancelled with his store manager. He said he did not know so there would be a 20% restocking fee. I was angry but told him that I needed my money back, not another bed. He never refunded me nor delivered my bed. I sent him three certified letters asking for my money back and to this day, years later still did not recover my losses on this one. I would take him to small claims court but he keeps moving his store, changing the name and not naming a responsible party on his corporation.
I reported to the BBB and they got ignored too!
I am hoping Three on Your Side will investigate and get me my money back.
Things like this just don't happen to me. Unbelievalbe!
