My husband and I went into the brick store to purchase a few things worth over $2000. We explained to the sales representative that we were moving so the products wouldn't be opened right away. The guy said no problem. The first delivery date, the delivery men gave attitude on the phone because they showed up early and I wasn't there yet, so they left with my purchase. I had to reschedule a new delivery date and take time off work. When the second delivery came, they dropped the stuff off. My dryer was damaged, the beds don't go together properly. I haven't even opened my couch yet. I called the store to return on of the beds that I purchased that I haven't even opened and they told me to bring the bed into the store and see if the manager will return it because it is past the seven days. The store is long distance and I was told that they probably wont return it anyway. I plan on just throwing the one bed out that I have opened
, but want to return the other one.
