Brizuela offer his service to Modified Loan on our home he charge us $1000.00 dollars up front he did nothing for us he took the $1000.00 dollars never answer our calls and his reason where he wanted more money we said no we have the receipt for $1000 dollars from Elmer. We found out he is a Realtor Salesman he is not even authorize to do Loan modifications. What he did was illegal because he is not authorize to do Loan Modifications.
