They call people doing loan modifications pretending to be from the lender. They are seeking personal information SSN's and bank accounts

I'm doing a home loan midification. They called my home pretending to be from the lender stating they are the quaqlity assurance team. They ask for al of your personal information and tell you they are going to do a "florensic loan audit". They then ask for $860.00 and want you bank account number and routing information. Their website is new and I was able to easily find out they were out of Hollywood FL. The address is a boilerroom inside of a building with numerous law firms. Beware of these crooks! It is illegal in fl, & ca to ask for upfront fees for loan modifications
