I hired this company to help me with a home loan modification with chase home finance since i have know clue where to start they said they could help me and assured me that they can get me a loan modification i sent them all my paper work and $1271 dollars they told me to not make any more payments because the new modification will be less so i did what they asked. I then recieved a phone call asking me if i paid the amount asked of them and i said yes so the next day i received another phone call telling me that chase wants 3 payments of $984 dollars before they would even look at my loan moification so i decided to call chase myself and go figure i now have a loan modification that has been approved i dont think new hope modifications did anything at all but take my money and put me further behind on my mortgage i may have got a better rate if i wasnt another month behind lesson learned i really feel i was ripped off and i want my money back because i know i wouldnt of sent them $1271 dollars if they hadnt of told me it was a sure thing i would of sent it to my mortgage company
