I use to be a card holder o fthis company and I have spent thousands of dollars with them even though their merchandise is defective, but because of the customer service I recieved from some of the retail stores I continued to do business with them.
I called to make a payment and had the WORST customer service encounter ever, the represenative Paide operator 102 not olny was she RUDE, but then she transfered me to a Supervisor Alice Grover the wrost ever! Seh had the nevere to tell me that my $145.00 payment that I made a month ago never posted.
That means that this company Ashley Stewart uses a 3r party company to take your money and keep it I gave this man my credit card number and information from the back and they TOOK my money and I had to get another bank account and card THEY ARE A RIP OFF COMPANY! They have defective merchanise! LADIES that are plus size do not shop here and thier interest rate is 29% even if you have great credit.
