Ashley denies they said that and will not satisfy our complaint

We bought a dinnette set March It was clearly defective from day one with flaws in the table finish. Ashley has sent technitions out twice who have said to us it is clearly a manufacturing defect. Ashley denies they said that and will not satisfy our complaint.
