I bought a queen bed with 5 year protection plan and it was installed by Ashley delivery guys. The bed was okay but little but not stable. After a year, when I was trying to move the bed platform, I found that couple of screws and bolts messed up completely to the point that they cannot be unscrewed now.
Tried to contact Ashley at Frisco, Texas. They said its out of warranty and there is no way for them to fix that installation issue. I could not find my protection plan number on sales receipt, for that they told, they dont know either and should contact that third party protection plan company to find out my protection plan number. Also found that protection plan cover damages etc but this they might not be able to cover.
Very disappointing service from Ashley for the price we pay. Will never buy from Ashley and would suggest others too to avoid.
I would suggest other local stores where you can find better furniture with very low prices and v v low shipping with great service.
