Sears offered me a machine and dryer it didn't have. I bought item on 5/17/09. Sears planned the shipping for 6/25/09 w/d Sears stated that was the first it may be shipped.
On 6/24/09 I obtained a telephone call at 9PM and was informed my products were about the vehicle and that I was the very first shipping.
On 6/25/09 at 7:30AM Sears named me to stop the shipping n/out clarification. I visited Sears in Yonkers with no you might tell why shipping terminated. I requested to talk to store-manager and was informed he was on holiday. Subsequently sales associate believed to me that it had been my problem that shipping was schedueld for 6/25/09. I mentioned Sears selected your day and do you consider I needed to hold back 5 months to get a machine and dryer. After a disagreement began all a quick the shop manger delivered from his holiday and was standing alongside me.
Store-manager then stated I'd need to delay atleast another 2 weeks for shipping without any guarantees that I'd obtain the item at-all, but I'd need to spend charge card statement of course if the merchandise doesn't occur I really could document a state to obtain my cash back.
A complete fraud. I told my tale to thers and also have discovered that others have experienced similar activities.
No body must store at Sears if you don't would like to get scammed and irritated.
