I bought 2 LaZBoy Recliners (leather) its been about 3 years ago, I can't remember if I bought the warranty or not, but the reason I bought them is because I was told there is a lifetime warrranty on them. The brochere they gave me says (LaZBoy Furniture Galleries has been carefully designed and individuallyt crafted by hand to provide you with years of beauty, comfort and durability...) the chairs were over $2,000.00. And we had them specially made to suit our needs. It took about 6 weeks to get them. After we had them for awhile they started to discolor all over the leather material, and the leather is really worn down and one has a hole in the material, along with tearing of the bottom of the chair. It makes me sick to know I paid that much money for these recliners since we wre told by the salesperson how well made and how long they would last. They looks like something you wouldn't even put in your basement. We bought these charis at the LaZboy Galleries in Glendale Arizona... I've bought much cheaper chairs and they lasted alot longer than these expensive recliners.
