On the website they say that you can return shoes at the store to save on the return shipping but when you get to the store they tell you that you have to ship it back because "they cant balance it". They had already marked the packing slip as "returned" so i hope that they will accept the return shipment. I had to go back and request that the manager mark it as not returned with a store stamp (so that it shouldnt look like i marked it myself) and she very ungraciously marked it not returned but said that there was no store stamp to stamp it with. So now I am out the original shipping, the return shipping, the hour & 1/2 it took me to go to the store and try to return the shoes, and the parking lot fee and they probably will not refund the remaining money because they will say that the shoes were returned already.
