I purchased a pair of shoes and notice a mark on the shoe. The manager stated if I am not able to remove the mark I could return it for a refund. I went back into the store 2 days later to get my money back b/c the mark could not be removed. The manager then told me I he does not give any refunds. Only store credit. I live an hour away from the store and did not to return to buy more shoes. Now I stuck with a credit receipt that I can not use.
