Peltz Shoes, manager said not to return to store as I wasted time buying shoes which did not fit Ripoff St. Petersburg

The receipt said to return within 14 days for a full refund.

The shoes were worn only on carpet around the house but did not fit. Purchased on a Monday, they were returned the following Thursday. The manager looked at the receipt and said never to return to the store, as the clerk's time was wasted in selling shoes which did not fit.
