ALDO shoe is a rip off!!! They couldn't return my shoe that never had been worn, but try on at the store and was the last one on display because the the store manager didn't know what the F*k she was doing. They accuse their customer liars because they say that the shoe was worn when I only had the shoe for less than a week. The district manager never availble to talk which means he doesn't care about his customer but only care for the money. "What happen to Customer Service"? When I called the customer services department they were worthless. It's been a week and the district manager never return my call back in regards to my compliant. All I want is my return.
I pay with my own f*king credit card. Why is it damn hard to do a return. I end up exchanged for the same shoe but different size becuase that's their "Store Policy", "Exchange Only". Don't ever shop there unles you love their shoe. The shoes are not even that commfortable. Too bad they had just lost a customer!
