I just saw phone bill that seemed unusually higher than normal, I view our phone statement and it shows ILD teleservices for monthly ringtones billed two times just a few days apart. I found ILD's website and was able to cancel immediately but I don't know why AT & T billed us for something we didn't sign up for! AT & T has done this to us before with a different third party. I honestly would sue them if I could! If I hadn't checked and cared to know why our bill was about $30 more, they would have just gotten our money and ILD would have continued to billed us for some lame ringtone service. This extra third party service needs to STOP! I will take legal action next time so it doesn't happen to someone else.in addition, the person I talked to from ILD wasn't friendly either, I asked about how long it will take to credit back on my bill from the online cancellation and he didn't know and was rude about it.
