ILD Teleservices ripoff Birmingham

From July of the 28 th I've been billed for $15.40 and the 3
3 mounths after that I will being billed I (never) ordered there
service. I was ordering for coupons no voice mail service.
I ask everyone in the home if they ordered thr service they said no. Then I called the company to make sure it was taken off of my phone bill. They said ok will take it off. But there is still a $13.34 showing up on my bill. How can I get this off my bill.
And get money back on my bill. Centurytel did one credit. And it not there doing it was the doing of ILD teleservices Inc.
