Refuses to Pay Claim after Damage to Washing Machine

Sky Moving and Company damaged my washing machine (which was brand new). I filed the proper claim forms and received a letter from the Claims Adjuster stating that my claim was valid and they would notify Sky Moving. It has been over 8 months and Sky refuses to pay me my claim!!!
