I Used Ori Van Lines Moving Co to help me move from Antioch, Ca to Portland Oregon. When I received my Property, I had Damaged Property and Items were missing. I filed a Claim within allowed time. The Insurance Co for the Moving Co was suppose to send me an Acknowledgment letter no later than 30 days after the receipt of the Forms I sent in. My Claim by Federal Law should have been processed and my claim handled with in 90 days. Its been 4 months and the Insurance Co is still waiting on Documents from Ori Van Lines. I feel that they are giving me the run around and I feel that my claim should have been handled n that I also feel that they are getting over on Customers like myself.
