Damaged interior of home, refuses to acknowledge claim filed for reimbursement

I mistakenly used Neighbors Moving for my residential move on March 29. During the moving process, several walls in my home were damaged due to the movers' carelessness. I filed a claim with Neighbors on the same day. Despite over 50 attempts to contact the company, no one has returned my call or acknowledged my claim.
