We had central heat and air installed by this contractor, Jason Boies and have had problems with the system ever since.
We had several contractors come out to look at the system. We were informed the duct work Jason Boies did, was done incorrectly and very shabby work. It was installed improperly and done very cheaply that our electric bills have been sky high.
There is no forced air coming into the house - it is all going outside. We have tried contacting Jason Boise, by the way, who goes by different alias - which we just found out. He will not return phone calls and stand by his work. Once the work is done - you never hear back from him, if you have a problem.
The A/C was not working. We had a contractor come out and he said the caps were not on the heat pump which allowed freon to leak. It cost us $500. He has been reported to the BBB and we are seeking legal advice.
This company should not be in business! He has had similar reports on Angie's List.
