I had been recently informed that my converter package is ineffective at my new area as a result of "type of support" complex problem... I had been charged to get a container that's currently ineffective.
I paid my ultimate statement to some 0 stability on 6/15/09!!! I shifted from the consideration area on 6/16/09.
Before I moved into my new area, my voluntarily deactivated consideration was shut without notice.
I had been abruptly charged for that currently ineffective converter box on 8/27/09.
I received a merchant account journal on 4/16/10 that established I've been charged for 2 weeks of support AFTER I shifted from my prior that area.
I've been mistakenly charged for September and May!
DIRECTV has really lied concerning the standing of my consideration since June. I'm shocked in the degree of their ineptitude and apathy. This is actually the most raw misuse that I've actually suffered like a client. DISGRACE!!
I need a complete reimbursement of $238.75 INSTANTLY!!
I've also submitted a proper problem using the additional condition and national agencies.
I'd be happy to participate any class-action suit against directv instantly!!!
