My family moved out of VA on June 4th. I cancelled all services including my Directv. I just got rejected for a refinance loan because of an 'unpaid' bill from August from DirecTV. I have called, spoken with reps and I was assured that I do not own anything. I can not get through to a supervisor or refinance because DirectTV decided to put a 58.00 bill to a collections agency for a service I never received 2 months AFTER I moved out of the house. I would like to talk to a Supervisor from DirectTV that can grasp the above and get a bill that I do not owe off my credit so I can refinance my house.
