LLC, Direct Long Distance They billed my credit card for services and I never authorized it

I had a $61.02 charge on my credit card two months in a row. I called them and reported it to them and they said they would investigate it and credit my acct. Back, but they never did. I have had a very hard time reaching them since I originally reported it. I never signed up for this and I don't know how they got my information.
