Refuses to refund money

I had a debit card stolen the thief ordered a bunch of infomercial stuff including signing up for Internet cash machine. I was charged twice $2.97 and 139.95. I called the company talked to I believe her name was "devin"? I told them I did not order this they canceled my account but said they never refund money even if I did not order it. I already filed a complaint with the CA Attorney general and BBB.
