ICM - Internet Cash Machine
Internet cash machine tells me to call back tomorrow for assistance on refund!

Internet Cash Machine websites are a scam! I have called as of today to get my money back since there has been several times that money is being taken from my account and the representative tells me to call back tomorrow because the system is down. However, the system was up and running enough for her to find my information on her end. She first tells me that she cannot give me a refund and when I tell her that I am filing a report she says that the system is down and she cannot do anything but for me to please call back tomorrow. Why are they moving out of town before tomorrow? I will get all of my money back and they will be refunding it!!!
