The company took money out of my account without my knowledge or authorization. I called and they would not riemburse the amount only canclled my membership that I never signed up for

I was charged a membership fee on my checking account and for this coupon site that i never signed up for and I called and they said they would not refund my money but would cancel the membership that I never signed for. They told me that I need to make a fraud claim so here I am.
