The items I was sent, are junk. I am returning them, and I hope I get my money back

I ordered several items from Bidz.com. Two silver bracelets, 1 with peridot, 1 amethysts. They look like cheap junk, and the clasps do not work properly. Additionally; the stone quality is very poor.
I am going to return them... I hope I get my money back!
