Web Coupon
They charged my checking account with $19.93, and I did not authorize them to do so. I want the money back!

I went online to print a coupon—there was no indication that there was a fee to print the coupon.

The coupon company, Web Coupon, charged me thru my bank account $19.93 to print the coupon and I did not authorize them to do so.

This is very deceitful, because I wanted the coupon for $5.00 to save money; and it ended up costing me $19.93 to print a $5 coupon. I did not even get to print the coupon!

I requested a refund from Web Coupon and they told me to file this report&there was not indication that they would refund my $19.93. Please help resolve this matter.
