This company has website, petstoreshop.com, which offers a line of items for your pets. I ordered a pet toy box on January 10 with Visa card on-line, was charged and have never received the product.
I have contacted the company by e-mail several times to attempt to request refund but they refuse to respond other than reply "Your message to JCMCD Enterprises has been received. We will respond accordingly."
The only response I have received is -no response. The phone number listed in their contact information on-line does not answer or give option for return call.
This company is obviously a sham!
