I have tried and failed to get in touch with firstsneakers. I want to return a pair of shoes ordered through your company. You have no contact info (except email) phone number or address. The original package is from CHINA??? Which begs the question—are the shoes even real? There is no return address (that I can understand as I don't read CHINESE) or name on the shipping papers—just a tracking number. Your site says to go to the shipping company and enter the number—that tells me that the package has arrived—I get that as I have it in my hands!!!
