Horrible Customer Service - customer service

I purchased a watch for my husband for Christmas. When I got home I found out that it wasn't the watch he wanted so the next day I took it back. Kohl's didn't have the watch he wanted in store so the person working customer service in the store ordered the one he wanted for me. It was shipped to my house. When it arrived, it was the wrong watch. I called customer service and they said that they couldn't send the correct watch until the watch that was sent was returned. They said the quickest way would be to return it to a store. I returned it to the store the next day, Dec 24th. The person at the store told me it would take 24 hours for it to show returned. I then called customer service back on the 26th. They then wanted to charge me full price for the watch even though it was a replacement for a watch that they incorrectly shipped. I asked to speak to the person I had spoke to the first time and they wouldn't let me. I then called "corporate" on the 27th and they were no help and jsut referred me back to customer service. I tried that again hoping to get to speak to someone with some logic but to no avale. I will no longer shop at kohl's and I will encourage all who cross my path not to shop there either.
