False advertising

I ordered a Xmas gift that was advertise on DinoDirect web site. I received a different cheaper product. I called their customer service number to complain. The women that answered the phone told me she was unable to help me and that I would need to go to a live web chat on their web site. I stated that the product came with this customer service number and that I did not which to do a live chat on the web site. She refused to help me and stated I could be helped at the web site. I went to the DinoDirect web site and started a live chat. I explained that the product I received was not what was advertised on their web site. I stated I wanted a complete refund including the shipping and handling cost. Their customer service chat person kept repeating the same question in which I gave the same answers over and over. It was clear that she did not want to help I asked for her manager multiple times. Her response was not to give me a manager but to keep asking the same questions over and over. Finally after apps. One and a half hours of this run around she told me to call a number for help. The number she gave me was the original number I had called. The person that answered the phone was the same person that told me she could not help me and that I needed to call the live chat. I asked her what kind of game is her company playing and I asked to speak with her supervisor. She than stated she would send out the product I saw advertised at no charge and that I should keep the one the sent me. The one they sent me can be bought in a dollar store it is very cheap. I received the new one today. This product is also very cheap and does not fit the advertised description. I will not call them again because I know I will get the run around and waste more of my time. I do want everyone to be aware THIS IS A TERRIBLE UNETHICAL RIP OFF COMPANY! Do not purchase anything from them! You will sorry of you do. Terrible customer service and falsely adversities products. Their description and pictures of the products do not match what they send you!
