Did not receive order. They charged my CC right away. No one ever answers emails or phone calls

This is a BOGUS company!!!
Ordered a LG. Tub of Shea Butter from them and they charged my credit card and sent me a receipt and I never received my order.
I tried emailing them, calling them on the phone, and there is NEVER a response. I left quite a few voicemails with all my contact informtion and NO RESPONSE from them whatsoever.
Now they have my money and I have nothing to show from it!!!
NEVER order from this BOGUS company!!!
