I purchased an air conditioner and air handler from Aztil based on the FPL rebate and tax refund. The salesman assured me that my purchase met the criteria. Well it did not and after repeated telephone calls to dispatch, sales, and management, all I have recieved is lip service. They pass the buck and run you around in circles until you give up. It appears that they have alot of practice at this because all their employees are cosistant with their strategy to be polite and frustrate you with a lack of resolve. Their motto should be all sales and no service.
