Three years ago we purchase our home and the ac wasn't working very well. The until was purchased by aztil and was under contract. We had them come out and they told us we needed a new unit. They put in a new unit and the house was still HOT. They came back and said "its probably your duct work". We had them replace that. House is still hot. They come back and say "oh the unit is too small your square footage". We had to upgrade the unit. When they upgraded the until (a roof unit) they never installed the housing to cover the roof. So I had a leaking roof for about a week and a tropical storm heading our way. I had to call them threatening them with a law suit if they did not get out here and fix it before the storm hit. The house is STILL not as cool as it should be and they tell me..."well its just too hot outside, it won't get that cool". Three years later we are having issues with the ac again. I have called another company that is coming out today. Yesteday it was 84 degrees and my house was 81 with the air running!
I have spent over 8k on a cooling system and ducts from Aztil and truly feel I wasted every cent. Do NOT use them ever!
