Not happy with the work done

We purchased our devices to get a new house 2 1/2 years back in the nearby Sears shop... Excellent knowledge. We purchased a long guarantee on many products. Today, Sears is only going to let you know what EVENING they're arriving and certainly will not provide you with a time period (i.E. 8 AM to noon). I've to have a whole-day off-work. Not appropriate. Subsequently, something individual turns up and determines the issue, informs me the component is likely to be delivered to the home and also to contact Sears when it comes. Obviously, it generally does not come and fourteen days later I obtain a phone from Sears that their technology is planned to reach 24 hours later to set up the component. I let them know I actually donot possess the component however. They'll reorder. This picture occurs once again fourteen days later. The moment the fix is created (usually with a various technology that does not actually understand the issue), Sears starts calling seeking me to restore my guarantee today (ends next year), and include additional devices. I've advised them "No" twice in fourteen days. I am unhappy using the function done. The washer they done makes beeping sounds through the period that it never created before... The dryer they stated wasn't operating due to an obstruction within the port tube that will be not included in the guarantee is clearly not blocked by any means. I'll will have to consider a later date from function to set up to possess both looked over and begin the procedure once again. Ughh!!
